Refund Policy

Website design services are custom creative and technical services based on planning, communication, layout design, content organization, page building, revisions, testing, and client instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, amount of time spent, number of pages created, revisions completed, third-party costs, and agreed project scope.

If a client has paid for a website service and work has not started, a refund may be considered. The client should contact Friedman Web Design Studio as soon as possible.

If planning, layout design, page building, content organization, form setup, policy page setup, website mockup creation, design revisions, or any other website work has started, a partial or no refund may apply depending on time spent and work completed.

Completed website pages, delivered website layouts, completed landing pages, completed redesign work, completed revisions, completed contact forms, completed policy pages, completed SEO setup, and delivered website materials are generally not refundable once provided.

If a client is not satisfied with a website design, revision requests should be handled according to the agreed package. Major changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Refunds may not be available for delays caused by missing content, incomplete instructions, late responses, unavailable brand files, incorrect information, unavailable platform access, or changes requested after work has started.

Any third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration, premium themes, plugins, stock images, fonts, software subscriptions, platform fees, or outside vendor costs are subject to the third party's own refund policy and may not be refundable through Friedman Web Design Studio.

Friedman Web Design Studio does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, customer response, advertising performance, or business growth from any website. Lack of a specific marketing result does not automatically create a refund right for work already performed.
